INGREDIENTS 3 cups chicken stock 2 cups uncooked long white rice 3 cups veggies 1 1/2 lb cooked, chopped chicken breast 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can cream of chicken soup salt & pepper 1 cup evaporated milk 3-4 garlic cloves 5 slices American cheese Add rice to large bowl. Heat chicken stock to boiling. Pour over rice and stir. Add veggies, chicken, salt, pepper, both cans of soup, and the garlic cloves. Mix well. Stir in the evaporated milk. Cook on high 2-3 hours or on low 6-8 hours. Top with American cheese slices and place under broiler until melted. #pamperedchef #cherithechef #slowcookerrecipes
